What the Challenge is About
This challenge is a short reset designed to help participants remove added sugar from their daily meals for three days. The goal is to increase awareness, reduce sugar cravings, and support better eating habits in a simple and realistic way.

Participants are guided through daily recipes and recorded video discussions that explain what to eat, what to avoid, and why it matters.

When you join, you will receive:

Everything is prepared for you. You just show up and follow along.
What This Challenge Is Not
Not a starvation plan...
Not calorie counting...
Not cutting all carbs...
Not a long-term restriction diet.
